Services - Procedures - Fees After Formation confirmation with the Exporter,  we immediately begin the formation process, which includes but is not limited to the following: Formation of Corporate entity/entities, Obtaining IRS EIN's, Filing IC-DISC IRS Election, Issue Stock, All necessary inter-company agreements, Submission of Formation package with compliance information. It is important to note that the IC-DISC is required to maintain a Capital Account in the amount of $2,500 the time of the Election and at all times thereafter. For this reason we require the IC-DISC to open a Bank Account before we file the election, as the  most common form of proof.   Usually, this is accomplished by shareholder assessment and represents the only "hidden cost" associated with the creation of an IC-DISC. We provide complete back up services regarding compliance, revised planning and general queries regarding the operational and technical aspects of the Structured IC-DISC concept, not described herein.
